Terms of service

The Rtex shop is run by [Company legal name], commercial registration [CR number], VAT number [VAT number], [National address]. "We" and "us" in these terms mean [Company legal name].

You sign in with your mobile number and a one-time code we text you. Keep your phone secure: anyone who can read your messages can sign in as you. You can also shop as a guest, and reach your order and its tracking with your order number and email.

• Your order is placed when you confirm it at checkout, and we email you a confirmation with its number.
• We may cancel an order, and refund anything you paid, if an item is no longer available, a price was shown in error, or we suspect fraud. We tell you why.
• Changing or cancelling: write to us as soon as you can. We can change or cancel an order free of charge until we start preparing it; once a length is cut, it can no longer be cancelled.

• Every length is cut to order from the bolt, to the metres you choose.
• Colours on screen vary from one device to another. If the exact shade matters, order a free swatch first.
• Natural fibres can vary slightly from one bolt to the next. Each fabric’s page gives its width, composition and care.

• Prices are in Saudi riyals and include 15% VAT. Your invoice shows the VAT.
• If we find a price was wrong before we send your order, we offer you the right price or a full refund.
• A trade account buys at the prices of its own price list — see below.

The ways to pay for your order are shown at checkout. With cash on delivery, you pay the courier when your order arrives, or the showroom when you collect it. Card and instalment payments are handled by the payment provider; we never see or store your card details.

Delivery options, times and fees are on our shipping & returns page, and checkout shows the dates for your address before you pay. The goods are at your risk once they are delivered to you.

Lengths cut to order cannot be returned for a change of mind, because they are cut to your measurements. Whole uncut rolls can be returned within 14 days of delivery, and faulty fabric or a wrong cut is always ours to put right. The details are on our shipping & returns page. None of this affects your rights under Saudi law.

One code per order. A code cannot be exchanged for cash or used with trade prices, and may end or change at any time.

• A trade account is for businesses registered in Saudi Arabia. You apply from Business account in your account, with your commercial registration and the documents we ask for.
• We review every application, usually within 2 business days, and we may approve it, ask for changes, or decline it.
• An approved account buys at the prices of its price list, shown to you when you are signed in. Trade prices are for your business’s own purchases, and do not combine with promo codes.
• A trade account’s invoices are issued in your company’s name and VAT number.
• Please keep your business details up to date. We may change a price list, or suspend an account that is misused; we tell you if we do.

Reviews are checked before they appear. By posting one, you allow us to show it on the shop with your first name and the initial of your last. Please keep it honest and about the fabric; we do not publish a review that is unlawful, offensive, or not about what you bought.

The Atelier’s previews and stylist notes are a guide to colour and drape — not a photograph of a finished piece, and not professional advice.

The photos, text, designs and software of the shop belong to us or to those who license them to us. Please do not copy them without our permission.

We are responsible for loss that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms. We are not responsible for indirect loss, or for loss caused by events outside our control. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer under Saudi law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. If a dispute cannot be settled with us directly, it is for the competent courts of the Kingdom to decide.
