Rtex is run by [Company legal name], commercial registration [CR number], VAT number [VAT number], [National address]. We decide how your personal data is used, and we are responsible for it.

• Your account: your mobile number, which you sign in with, and your name and email if you add them.
• Your orders: delivery addresses, including your national address, what you order, how you pay, and any note you leave for us. Card details go straight to the payment provider — we never see or store them.
• Your business, if you apply for a trade account: the company’s names, commercial registration and VAT numbers, national address, a contact person’s details, and the documents you upload.
• What you send us: messages, the photos you attach, reviews, and your answer to "What did you make?".
• The newsletter: your email address, once you confirm it.
• Technical data: the cookies listed below, and your IP address and browser details, which our servers record to keep the shop secure.

• To take, deliver and support your orders — we need your details to do what you asked.
• To sign you in with a code sent to your mobile.
• To keep tax and accounting records — invoices and orders, as the law requires.
• To review a trade account application, and to keep a business’s account.
• To protect the shop from fraud and misuse.
• To send the newsletter — only with your consent, which you can withdraw from any email.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not make decisions about you by automated means alone.

Only those who help us run the shop, and only what they need:

• Couriers, to deliver your order: your name, mobile number and address.
• Payment and instalment providers, when you pay by card or in instalments.
• Text-message and email providers, to send your codes, order updates and the newsletter.
• Hosting and storage providers, where the shop and its data are kept.
• Our AI provider, if you use the AI Atelier — see below.
• Authorities, when the law requires it.

Each is bound to protect your data and to use it only for the service they provide us.

When you use the AI Atelier or its stylist chat, what you type, and the fabric and form you choose, are sent to our AI provider to write the answer. A photo of your own cloth stays in your browser — it is not uploaded. Please do not type personal details into the chat.

Your data is kept with our hosting providers under the safeguards the PDPL requires. If any of it is transferred outside the Kingdom, it is only as the law allows.

• Your account — until you delete it.
• Orders and invoices — for as long as tax and commercial law require, even after you delete your account. Deleting your account removes your details from the orders; an invoice stays as it was issued.
• Trade account documents — while the trade account exists, and until you delete your account.
• Messages to us — until you ask us to delete them, or delete your account.
• The newsletter — until you unsubscribe.
• Photos you attach but do not send — deleted after a day.

Under the PDPL you can:

• Know how your data is used — this page is that.
• Get a copy of it: download everything we hold about you from Your data in your account.
• Correct it: change your name, email and addresses in your account, or ask us.
• Have it deleted: delete your account from Your data — we keep only what the law requires.
• Withdraw your consent: unsubscribe from the newsletter from any email.

For anything else, write to us at [email]. We answer within 30 days. If you are not satisfied, you can complain to the Saudi Data and Artificial Intelligence Authority (SDAIA).

We use only the cookies the shop needs to work:

• Signing in — keeps you signed in, for up to 30 days.
• Your basket and saved items — remembered before you sign in, for 30 and 60 days.
• Your language — the one you chose, for a year.
• Your last order and your promo code — for the order confirmation and tracking pages, and the code you applied.

We do not use advertising or analytics cookies. If we start to, we will list them here and ask for your consent where the law requires it.

Our shop is meant for adults. If you are under 18, please ask a parent or guardian to order for you.

When we change this policy, we update it here and change the date at the top. If a change matters, we tell you by email or on the shop.
