Brass Satin

A liquid silk satin with a brushed-brass sheen. Pours off the bolt — for evening gowns and linings that whisper.

The hand

Mulberry silk woven as a satin, so almost all the yarn floats on the face and light runs over it like liquid. The brass tone warms under evening light rather than glaring. It drapes on the bias, pools at the hem and is chosen again and again for bridal and evening gowns.
